Membership

CAWG is a working group within the Decentralized Identity Foundation. Participation in CAWG requires membership in DIF, except that a joint participation agreement exists between DIF and the Trust Over IP (ToIP) Foundation to allow ToIP members to participate in CAWG meetings without becoming full members of DIF.

Signatories of CAWG’s previous operating agreement (Community Specification License) as of 1 February 2025 may also participate.
